What is a moulded internal door?

Which is a better flush door or moulded door?
As with all things, there are pros and cons to both. Moulded doors often have between two and six panels, whereas flush doors don’t. So in terms of style, it’s really up to your preference which is the better option.
When it comes to durability, the styles and rails construction of moulded doors gives it additional strength.
However, flush doors require a smaller amount of maintenance.

How much can you trim off a moulded door?
Typically, you can trim 12mm off each side and 18mm off the bottom and top of a moulded internal door. With that said, if you trim too much you will end up damaging the integrity of your purchase and will have to purchase a new one.

Do moulded doors need painting?
They don’t need to be painted, but there is always that option so long as you select an unfinished or primed option.
Our white moulded internal doors make an excellent base for painting. If you’d prefer to stain your interior doors, we’d recommend investing in a natural-wooden-look door.
